Got my bars last week and discovered that both top and bottom mounting holes are the correct size for the bolts on my bike. Both hole sizes match the 3/8 fasteners on my ride. Not sure how some people ended up with parts with 1/2 holes. Will have to order some longer bolts to get them installed. Will updated with pics once they're mounted.
EDIT: It also looks like the top of the bag guard is going to pressing against the seat skirt pretty hard. Has anyone else noticed this or had any issues over time?

Glad you got your bars. You do know that any Hardware Store will sell the bolts you need to mount them, got my at lowes. I can see where your saddle might get in the way, you'll work it out.
