Default Looking for a good Mini-Tach for my Train

I've seen severalfrom J&P, HD, etc. Looking for some input from anyone who's installed one.

There are a lot of cheesy-a$$ looking generics but I want something small that installs on the bars and hassome degree of quality and style.

Any suggestions?

Check this one out. www.speedwayinstruments.com Small, unobtrusive, easy to read and it does not take away from the clean look on your bars.

I have not bought one yet as I too have been looking for one for my train and I found these. It seems they are now going to be making them in a polished case or a black anodized one (perfect for the train) I e-mailed them and they should be ready shortly.

I like mine but don't remember how your risers are.

edit- it came with chrome caps to put over the screws but with my powder coating it might not fit so I just going to pay 8 dollars for some chrome screws from Harley.

The MoCo's are pretty easy to install, put one on my Deuce. There were only three wires: power, signal, and ground (I believe).

bought it off of ebay, I can't remember the companies name who made these. I don't think they are in business anymore. It is called DHT 1000. Google it and you will find out info on it. As far as where to buy one I don't know. I haven't seen them on ebay for a while but if you want I can pm you the guy's name who I bought it from, he sold quite a few and might be able to get one.
I also had it powder coated it comes chrome adn works well.
