Default finally found my bars

I needed to find some bars to take the stress off my shoulders and elbows. I never liked the look of street slammers on the FatBoy. Wanted something with more curves and flow. Arlen Ness Ram Bars were perfect and give me the relaxed ride I wanted.

Looks like they have a good bit of pullback, if the grip angle and width work for you that's what matters. I like the curve of the bars.

yes about 2 1/2 to 3 inches more pullback. Angle about the same as stock, but about 4 inches higher. I'm only 5' 4" and its perfect for me. I'd imagine that if you're much taller than that these bars might be too tight.

had them for 2 weeks. Still getting used to them, but so far feels great on my shoulders and elbows and I can ride in upright or even a bit laid back. The one thing I am still getting used to, and I think will take a little more time, is tight turns at very slow speed. Balance does feel very different!

As I mentioned in another reply, I'm 5'4", and I believe there could be too much pullback for taller riders.

How many lanes do you need to make u-turn > have no idea how tall you are but I'm thinkin you don't do u-turns very well.

I have shoulder an elbow pain form repetitive motion at work for 20 years. The stock 99 bars are OK for me but kinda lame looking....I don't want the height very high so I'm looking at 5 or 6 inch Z bars. those you got look a little too smooth for me. I want some contrast like these, only they're not dimpled:

Also on the bar hunt. I'm switching from my Wild One Street Fighters to the W.O. Dresser Bars on the Fatboy. 3.5" more pullback and 1.5" wider. These $250. experiments can get pricey.
