Tough decision Paul.
Personally I would go for #1 because it is fuel injected, it is black and has a good warranty. I much prefer a fuel injected bike and I prefer black over blue. Plus, and this is a big plus, you get the airflo mod and pipes which are expensive as well as the security system! It's a no brainer for me.
I would also look at buying new if there isn't much of a price difference....
This is all my humble opinion.

Paul I would go with #1 since I'm partial to a Heritage anyway, beside's look at all the extra chrome on the bike, that can save you money in the long run and I just like the look's of a Heritage anyway, just my preference, beside's the choice is your's any how so just make the one that you'll be happier with and we will be happy for you.
They are both around 12k, Which is better in ya'lls opinions Fuel injected or carbs? How good is a Harley extended warranty? Thanks for all the help. I will be asking alot of ?'s and this site will help!
I think that I would also go with #1.....good luck on whatever you do.

I'd go with #1. It doesn't really matter fuel injected or carb. I like EFI because it's just start and go. Just another free opinion

Definitely #1. The warrantee, security system, and the Stage 1 upgrade alone make it the better choice IMHO. Plus I also like black best!
Cheers!
