I have 2 Bikes I am trying to choose between, both the same price
#1 is a 2001 Black softail standard: Including:Motorcycle is fuel is fuel injected, with a security system. Plus motorcycle is under warranty to June 2007, in addition to these extras: Vance & Hines Pipes with high flow air kit, with computer chip. Detachable windshield, passenger seat with sissy bar. Luggage rack / duffle bag and other chrome accessories.(4400 miles)
#2 is a 2002 Blue softail standard (3000) miles)
2UP saddle seat & original seat included
Detachable sissy bar added in 2002
NEW PIPES IN 2003
BIKE COVER INCLUDED
Which would you choose? help me, This is my first bike!!!!
Personally I would go for #1 because it is fuel injected, it is black and has a good warranty. I much prefer a fuel injected bike and I prefer black over blue. Plus, and this is a big plus, you get the airflo mod and pipes which are expensive as well as the security system! It's a no brainer for me.
I would also look at buying new if there isn't much of a price difference....
Paul I would go with #1 since I'm partial to a Heritage anyway, beside's look at all the extra chrome on the bike, that can save you money in the long run and I just like the look's of a Heritage anyway, just my preference, beside's the choice is your's any how so just make the one that you'll be happier with and we will be happy for you.
They are both around 12k, Which is better in ya'lls opinions Fuel injected or carbs? How good is a Harley extended warranty? Thanks for all the help. I will be asking alot of ?'s and this site will help!
I'd go with #1. It doesn't really matter fuel injected or carb. I like EFI because it's just start and go. Just another free opinion
