Default Parasitic Draw

This is my third battery and this time I'm not hooking it up until I figure this out.
With my multimeter set on 10A I am getting a reading of .1 which if correct is 100mA which is probably twice what I should be getting.

I've taken out all the fuses and relays except the battery and main 40A fuse and nothing seems to change the draw.

What else would be on this bike that doesn't have a fuse?
It is an 08 night train with the factory alarm, no siren and a lojack.

HELP!

Unplug the voltage regulator.

Took it off and the draw on 10A shows nothing now!!!

Does this conclude it is the regulator or could it be the stator?

I would replace the regulator regardless.

I upgraded to a Cycle Electric and am very pleased with its performance.

Disconnect the plug between the regulator and stator.

Leave the other plug (two wire) connected.

If you see a draw, it is most likely the regulator.

If there is no draw, connect the plug between the regulator and stator, if you then see a draw, it is most likely the stator.

The regulator is usually the culprit...
