Deluxe Nostalgic engine guard
Hey everybody...I've got an '05 Deluxe with the Nostalgic engine guard and want to put highway pegs on it. I would like to put the pegs on that match the floorboards since I've got the matching brake pedal and shift pegs. I want to mount them low enough so I can rest my heels on the board and put the ball of my feet on the peg. I've been told that the Nostalgic bar is 1", instead of the standard 1.25", so the H.D. mounts won't work. I've been looking at hardware from Kuryakyn, but I'm not sure what to order to accomplich what I want. Anybody got any ideas. I'm going on a trip next weekend, so I would like to have this setup before then. Thanks in advance for your help.
