Hi All,

While my Standard is in bits for the tins to be painted I would like to replace the 2 corrugated pipes in the fuel tank as these are looking past their best. However the dealer will only sell the long piece to the fuel check value with the whole valve assembly and the short bit between the pump and filter is just a silly price!

Fuel check valve 62189-01A £57.26
Fuel pump to filter hose 62357-00 £40.18

That's over $100 for 2 bits of plastic hose without the clips!

Does anyone know if you can get these pipes from anywhere else? Could normal fuel line of the correct size be used?
