Yep, that makes an obvious difference and ditching the mushy front suspension for a set of adequate fixed ratesprings and Ricor Intiminators will make a big difference too.

I Have a rocker, which im SURE doesn't corner as good, .....
The Rocker, stock, has quite a bit more cornering clearance than the Breakout, and that's really the limiting factor on both of these bikes. Both handle fine, up to the point where scraping hard parts unloads the tires, so I'd say that the Rocker offers more cornering potential.
If you lower your Rocker though, that advantage may go out the window.
Softails have the worst ground clearance and the worst lean angle clearance of any Harley-Davidson currently being made.
However, if you like to ride a motorcycle quickly on curvy roads, this is not the model for you. You can spend a bunch of money to turn it into a Dyna or a Sportster, but it would make more sense financially to buy a motorcycle that meets your needs.
What a load of crap! You buy an $18K bike and think $60 for a new set of foot pegs is a "bunch of money". That's all it takes to allow the BO to lean over with the Dyna's. If you want even more lean control you replace the front springs - another couple of $100's, but what's that compared to the $18K you already spent?
