Default 2014 flstc rear fender shake
i have a 2014 heritage that I have put 29500 miles on since buying it new. I have a lot of rear fender shake that is most noticeable at lower rpms. it has been this way since new. anyone have any ideas of what causes it or how to correct it? the rear fender seems to have no rigidity at all and shakes quite a bit.

You should see the rear fender bounce on my '94. No engine balancer crap on my Evo.

It's plastic and normal and may stress crack. Ride it.

I bet it dont shake like my old fxdl. My deluxe dles not shake. Smooth.

My '09' Heritage rear fender does not shake and it's not plastic either. I have 42,000 miles on it. The only thing I can suggest is to check the mounting bolts. Also, your counter balancer in the engine could have slipped out of place but you would feel it through the whole bike.

My 2011 Heritage has a plastic rear fender.
