Looking for some info please

I have 2014 uk soft ail breakout.

I bought a used side number plate relocation bracket from the US, however it didn't come with the smaller chrome standoff spacer that is required.

Am I right in saying the US models came with this as standard?

The original standoff bracket/spacer doesn't fit with the relocation arm bracket plus it would then stick further out than the other side turn signal indicator.

Is anyone able to give me the correct part number for this?

Been having a look online and I think it is #68821-00 but not entirely sure.
