Default Passenger Heat Shield

Riding a 2010 Fat Boy Special with stock exhaust. The passenger foot peg on the right hand side is located between the exhaust pipes and if passengers place their feet to far inboard while not wearing boots, they will suffer a burn injury in a second. I had this happen twice and wonder if anyone have come across a heat shield that fits this bike at that position?

Well - they are on the bike but get hot enough to cause injury. Need somthing to prevent foot from touching.
