Default Heritage Bags

Just wanted to pass on that the bags on my 05 Heritage were beginning to sag in a little; the tops were sinking and also one side's front panel was sagging. I installed a set of "gotsaggybags" supports and they really do work. I decided to do it now, before they got too bad. I'm not affiliated, just telling about a good product. The bags are smooth and look great.

Yeah..my 05 bags were doing the same. I bought inserts off EBAY from the guy below....worked excellent..well worth the money.

How easy were these to install and what keeps the bottom part secure? Alot cheaper than Saggybags which I believe are 119.

I put Saggybags on the wife's Heritage some time ago, and posted my experiences.

This is a good product, I have met the people that own the company, and they are great to do business with.

For anyone that owns a Heritage, I recommend that you get these inserts as soon as you get the bike. Don't wait until the bags go bad. Saggybags will keep your bags looking just like new.

I am not affiliated with this company, but I do know that the product is great, and a must for Hertiage bags.

Regards,

Bill

Glad they worked for you....I just bought a set of bagbones from my local Harley dealer...They insert in the top of the bag,and work very well. Are the inserts you bought just for the top of the bag or do they stabilize the side walls of the bags as well?

These e-Bay ones look good and are only half the price of the SaggyBags but they don't sell out of the US it seems. I was already going to buy the Got Saggy Bags Product and I guess there still my best option. It's good to hear some positives here in regards to both products.

The inserts from SaggyBags line the interior of the bags all the way around, and then there is an insert that is glued to the inside of the top of the bag. Once everything is in place it is almost impossible for the bags to deform. That is why I recommend them while the bag is new. The inserts will keep the bag from ever losing it's shape.

Regards,

Bill
