I removed the wrong drain plug on my 08 heritage tonight. I was doing the oil change and removed a threaded plug with 1/4 hex. I believe it is the crankcase drain plug that should never be removed
What is the torque spec for it? I plan to use some high heat locktight on it as well.
Use teflon tape instead and to not tq it tight. It is tapered and will crack the aluminum if you turn it too far in. I installed mine by hand till so I am not sure about tq. I put it tight but not so tight I had to force it
