I had solids on my V rod an it wasn't a problem...I have spokes on my 99 fatboy right now but want to go back to the stock solids.

I really notice it on my 16 Fat Boy. I definitely get blown around more than when I had a Heritage.

good to know, I got it spaced 1/8 over and it's super close to my tire but looks like I'll need a new belt soon anyways so I might look into that
