I'm looking for input , for replacing my stock Dunlop
michelin scorcher , or commander , any advice ?
im looking for sticking tires , mileage not a big issue for me
Welcome!!! I really like the Metzeler 880 Marathon tires and they're available in a 260mm for the rear, it fits the Breakout with no modifications needed and fills up the fender nicely!! The Dunlop Elite 3 is another popular choice and is available in a 250mm, and the Pirelli Night Dragon also gets good reviews around here, but the rear is only available in the stock 240 size...The front tire should also be changed to a 120/70/21, it will make the bike handle better and I think you can only get a stock size 130mm tire if you replace with the same Dunlop....

Metzeler are available as ME880 for the rear (240 and 260) and ME888 for the front as 120/70/21. Great tires!

I have the matching 880 in the front on my Rocker and one waiting in the garage for my next tire change on the Breakout....any reason you like the 888 on the front??
I am in the UK so my choice is biased. Avon Cobras have great reviews over here and are deemed to be the most suitable. They are made in the UK for our crappy damp, wet climate and our twisty country lanes.
It really depends on how you ride, where you ride and under what conditions really?

When I swapped my tires the 880 wasn't available for the front.
E3 120 front and E3 250 rear on mine. Feels waaay better than stock. No problem with sticking, but I can't imagine you would be trying to drag the frame or the primary . All tires mentioned here are more than capable of the limited cornering performance of the Breakout.
