Which of you know how I might be able to get my hands on a wrinkle black sidemount license frame? I have seen many chrome ones, but I think the wrinkle black for the NT's would be an awesome idea.

6 bucks for a can of wrinkle paint at Advance Auto.

It matches perfectly to the stock HD wrinkle paint and voila. You can be a trendsetter.

 

I agree with Hammer02. Get some fine (400 or 600) grit sandpaper, sand the chrome lightly, give it a light coat of primer.. then go with the Wrinkle paint... here's some suggestions to get a good wrinkle...

Thanks for the advice/tips you guys. I didn't even know that stuff could be bought on the retail market. Now that I know I can get it easily, I guess I'll order my sidemount license frame, go to Advance Auto parts get some paintand try it out. I'll take some pics when it's all done. Thanks again!

 

Another option is getting it powdercoated, shouldn't cost that much to get done.

 

I have had some parts powder coated the wrinkle and it matches really well. I wouldgo withthecoating over sprying it.
