Default Fatboy got some mods over the weekend!
Ended up going with the V&H BSS with quiet baffles...which is still incredibly loud. I am hoping they calm down after some miles. They were shipped with a dent on the lower heat shield and I already put a claim in with V&H.

Went with a DK Customs air cleaner and tuned it with a V&H FP3. Super easy to tune. Really like the added power with the passenger.

Only gripe is off idle from a stop the rpms drop when letting the clutch out. I killed it once Any idea why it's doing this? Not sure if it's the tune or lack of back pressure from the new exhaust? I have to give it more gas than usual from a stop now.

Yes...beautiful blue bike! So even with the quiet baffles it's pretty loud? Is that comparing to stock? I'm thinking about getting these pipes as well, but do not want to loud of a pipe on long trips.

use soft ear plugs, makes the ride more enjoyable

Yes, I had to do that on my old bike and it was more enjoyable.

Funny how when I was younger I never even thought about needing ear plugs, now I almost can't ride without em. 65 and finally gettin' old I guess.
