We are going to look around a bit. The LePera seat we have now looks very nice, but is not very comfy, it is a hard seat! I get the worse of it of course. So we want something a little more comfortable.
Thanks for your input. I came across the C&C website and was looking at the Sport Tour. I told the hubby how much they cost and so now he thinks that it won't be a good seat. Too afordable I guess? I am going to mention it again. I guess I can check out the return policy and such. I don't know. The Sport Tour looks good to me!
Just got my sport tour about two weeks ago. It took a few long rides to break the seat in, but im very satisfied with mine.
Actually, the whole frame looks different. Was it a kit bike?

You know, I honestly don't know. We bought it from someone who hadn't had it too long. Not sure of the history. I know that it is listed as a 1998 Softail Custom on the title.

Steve, love your alligator seat, went to exotic hides web site and they have two different hides to choose from, what hide did you pick?
Thanks! I ordered a black (caiman) crocodile from Bud. Just tell him you're using it for a motorcycle seat and tell him to send you the widest one he has available.
Nice thing about Mustang seats is they understand you won't really know if you like their seats until you have had a chance to ride on them for at least 100 miles. They have a 10 day return policy if you don't like the seat.
