That will tell you every thing you need to know. For $15 though, it may be worth your time if the person does it right. It will take a couple of hours of your labor to do this right. Most importantly, establishing just where you really want the height to be! Level with the area from the tip of your nose to your upper lip is often perfect. You can see over it (even when you slouch an hour into a ride and really settle in) and 90% of the oncomming air is deflected over you. It is easy to still duck behind by dipping your chin if something comes up from the road at you at speed.
