I have a '06 fxst that I put a 3" BDL and converted to hydraulic clutch. Bdl went on fine with no worries and then came the clutch. I installed the ART trans side cover with brembo master cylinders and new line. So I adjusted to BDL specs, started in neutral and as soon as I pop into gear she wants to walk on me with the lever in. I've adjusted it 100 diff ways with adjustment screw and taking out clutch springs. As soon as I find a good spot, test ride it and then it either can't find neutral or starts walking again.
I've talked to BDL and Scott said to convert over all I need was the master, line and side cover. After doing just that it was prob after prob. So I got a longer pushrod and cut it to length and still am having trouble with it. I just at that point to where I'm about to convert back to cable clutch until I have more time to *** with it. Any suggestions? Anyone? And yes I'm 99% that all air is out of the system.
