I'm having some trouble finding seats that work with this Phatail rear end. Ideally, I would like to have a low profile 2 up seat. Performance Machine tells me only Corbin and Bitchin Seat Co make seats for their setup... Here is my confusion.
Corbin says the do not make a 2 up seat for this kit, they only make the Gunfighter seat. Well, I currently have what looks like a Corbin "Stinger" seat. I've also seen a couple pictures and a youtube video showing different Corbin seats. What gives? I sent pictures and a link to customer service, but it does not look like they are going to reply.
I'm assuming Bitchin Seat Co. would make whatever I want, but for upwards of $2k for a seat, I'm no so sure that is an option. That's a lot of money for a seat.
That's a lot like my bike. I was told most sofail seats will fit. I did get one and it fits. Not sure exactly what it was off. I did have to drill for the rear seat mount as the mount position I had was for a two upseat.
What is the head light ring you have on there?

Maybe you could get something made up man,it's only a base plate, foam, covering material and mounts right ?
In an industrial area not main street Cali yea .
Yeah, that's what I tried to pay Bitchin Seat Co. to do. The guy took $1800 of mine and held it for 5 months. Luckily PayPal recovered my money, because the owner couldn't care less about making customer seats.
I work out of town a lot so my "spare" time is ride time when possible, so having someone else do the work sounded ideal... I probably will buy a seat off of Ebay and try to modify the pan over the winter. If I find something that looks good and the front fits, then modifying for the ECU and rear mount shouldn't be too difficult.
