Default 2010 Street Glide with thundermaxx engine light
My bike also has 555 cams and jack pot exhaust. On way home tonight engine light came on three different times. When it illuminated the bike continued to run/idle, however would not allow throttle input, as if it were in a safe mode. I pulled over each time shut ignition off cycled it back on started bike and it went off and would allow throttle input for 4-5 miles before illuminating again. Thoughts?

Questions that might be asked:
1. How recent on the Thundermax installation?
2. Did you install the O2 sensors? Correctly?

Sounds like a throttle body issue to me. I'd check the horses before looking for zebras. Check your connections, especially the battery terminals.
