Default New Front Wheel Help

The gf has an '09 Deluxe with the stock 16" front laced wheel.
She picked up a new fat spoke wheel BUT it has the Timken bearings for a 3/4" shaft.
Does anyone know bearing part numbers or where to get the bearings to fit the wheel ?
The fat spoke wheel appears to be for an older Deluxe. 45MM OD X 3/4" ID and we need 52MM OD X 25MM ID
Any links to web sites to adapt this stuff or ?
I've been to the local bearing house and nothing.

Thanks in advance

You cannot make that wheel work without more changes as the Timken bearing has a smaller OD than the needed bearing. You could get fork sliders off a 2000-2005 softail as they used 3/4 bearings and make it work...

if there's a bearing distributor near you you can take the bearing out of the wheel, take them in an have them find bearings in that size with a 25 mm internal diameter.

This wheel uses a tapered roller bearing whereas the '07 and up use a ball bearing. The standard '09 bearing is a 6205 which is 25/52/15. The closest we can find is a 6005 which is 25/47/12. The wheel would actually require a 25/45/?? to use on an '07+

Will bearing reducers work for you ? I've been running them for a good while now and not seen any issues. They are spec machined and fit the bearing just sooooo perfectly to reduce the size for smaller axle bikes.

These are 1" to 3/4":

hey raggmann I used some cheap ebay bearings when I put new V rod muscle wheels with 25 mm axles on my 02 with 1" axles. These weren't the best quality but did the job. If that wheel has tapered bearings it's a 99 an down wheel, they went to 3/4 sealed bearings in 2000 but I don't know if there's a size difference. if he had a 3/4 axle bike wanting to put a 25 mm wheel on it it's easy with the adapters.

Sounds like Evil Side Customs in Red Deer, Alberta has a cure for her so she's heading that way tomorrow.
I'm a 25year+ partsman and no catalog shows me a bearing so we'll see.
I'll post the results probably Thursday

Yeah, you're probably not going to find a 25mm ID x 45.24mm OD bearing ...sealed ball or otherwise
