Fuel Moto Problems
You are right Bone Doc, I should have checked it before the Warranty ran out.
Part of my anger and frustration is the fact I am not sure what to do next, the tune in the bike now is not really meant for everyday driving, it is a low torque tune Fuel Moto sent me for a trip we took north (alot of slow country roads) and the tune worked as promised. Unfortunately now I am stuck with that tune for the rest of the summer. O well live and learn.

OP - not sure if this is relevant to the situation but if you used your credit card to make the initial purchase, some credit cards will either double the manufacturers warranty or add a year to that warranty. It has worked to my advantage in a couple of situations.
Now I realize Fuel Moto does not make the powervision 2, but they do sell it. I have used mine about 10 times I don't data log or whatever else you do with it. I only purchased it because I put pipes and air on the bike. I went to use it the other day it is dead on the bike and computer. Yes the warranty is up, but this was neither a used or abused product. Basically the only help I received from Fuel Moto is you are **** out of luck. Contact powervision.I don't live in the USA this was a $700 dollar purchase for me.
if the warranty is up then I'm not sure u have anything to stand on, but what I would do is keep contacting them and try to move up the ladder of bosses until u get the guy with over ride authority...you may not make it that high up but that's just what I would do.
