I'm working on installing the lock on a leather tourpack for my FLSTC and I'm having a heck of a time getting the latch adjusted properly. It'll latch fine, but it does not want to unlatch without a fight.
Wondering if anyone else went through the same thing and has some advice?

After much tweaking I've got it working and attached to my bike. I think HD could have done a better job with design and fit; but it'll do the job and IMO is a better look for the bike then the traditional hard packs would have been.

Tommy, did you want a pic of the pack or the lock kit?

If there is still any interest in pictures of this, I'm in the process of doing this myself. It's a little frightening drilling holes through my new tour-pak, but what're you going to do I guess.

I can work on taking pictures during the process if there is interest in it.

I bought a set on ebay for $15 but they do not fit....There is a lip on the new lock/latch that won't let if operate properly.
