personalized license plates ideas
Hi all, I am getting personalized plate for my Heritage Softail.
I am in NY, so you can only have 6 characters.
On my Triglide I had TRIHOG as a plate...
I am thinking of maybe SOFTIE....SOFTEE is taken....
any ideas out there?

If it is personalized, then having someone else choose it for you takes away the personalization. Use something unique and meaningful to you instead of something as generic as a variant of Softail, Harley, etc.

If you can't think of something on your own then perhaps you should just wait until something pops into your head.
That being said; in Nebraska a standard personalized plate is $40 a year.
I paid it once thinking it was a one time fee until I got my renewal and found they were changing me another $40 for a freaking new year sticker.
I decided that the Gov. gets enough of my money already so I canceled my vanity plates and now I use the $40 on other things more worthwhile.

Well... if you have TRIHOG on the Triglide... what about TWOHOG, DUOHOG, DOISHD (dois from Brazilian Portuguese "2"), DUEHOG (due from Italian "2" )
