07 Fatboy Max Size Rear Tyre ?
Howdy All,
Does anybody know what the maximum size tyre you could put on a rear 07 fatboy is without modifying anything other than replacing the original tyre? Sorry if I have the US spelling of tyre wrong as I think I recall you guys spelling it with a i instead of a y ? Must be an Aussie thing

Not sure - but I recall wondering about that.
I looked at the spacing between the tire and rear tin during the last good cleaning and don't think theres much extra space there without a wider fender.

Yup, I agree with the fender thing. When I put the T/S relocation kit on you start to realise that there ain't too much room in there.
I did see a 250 the other day on a Fatboy, was a couple years old I think, and it did look awesome. The dude had a very very high fender though, so virtually all the tire was exposed.
The fender on the '07 does sit pretty low though, so you wouldn't be able to see too much of the nice fat tyre.
