Like others have said, the parts are hard to find now days. I bought mine back in 08 when the 09's came out, love the FXCWC and will never sale it. Both the Rocker & the Breakout's handle great with the wide tire and right now its a buyers market. I have seen some really great deals on both bikes, good luck.
For me, the most noticeable difference between the two, was that the BO with it's 21" front wheel and wider tire, handled so much better than the Rocker with it's skinny 19" wheel and 90/90 tire. When I did a few mods last year, I switched it out with a 21"X 3.5" and a 120/70/21 tire and now both bikes handle about the same. I also like the look of the 21" wheel on the Rocker, but you can figure on another $1500-$2500 for the wheel, tire and fender.
Or if you want a little more front tire on the Rocker without spending that much money, a 100/90/19 will work on the stock rim just fine.
Well, I visited my local Harley dealer and by chance he had an 09 Rocker C that came in on trade. Unfortunately I was an hour too late as it was purchased along with a Trike. The buyer is supposed to have funds by tomorrow morning and if not I can make the purchase.
