saddle bag peeling
Ok this is a new one. I was out in PA for the weekend, And it rained a lot on my bike, When I went out to my bike for the days ride I noticed that my lids of my bag was bubbling up. When I ran my hand over it, it peels away. Its not part of the leather but some kind of silicone. I had these bags stiffened by boss bags. I was going to call them Monday but thought I would see if anyone ran into this before

Both bags? almost looks like a chemical spill on it - IDK, I thought about having Boss bags do mine but I just did it myself - Papa bags & some heavy gauge plastic cut to size & bags look like new. hope you get it figured out
