Anyone running speakers clamped to a crash bar? i'm still thinking about it, wondering how well it would work. I don't want to put speakers on m handle bars, but maybe mount them to a crash bar along with mounting a power amp. If you have pictures, please post them. Amp suggestions, bullet speaker suggestions, blue tooth unit.

 

I'm seriously considering stripping a pair of Bose QC35's and installing them in my helmet instead of the outside speaker option.

 

I already use JVC marshmellow ear phones and an MP3 player. But i think i would rather do speakers. Just not sure when i can go and listen to a set that would sufice a set up of what i'm looking for. Not sure how well it would sound having the speakers pointed up at me.

 

there are posts of guys using 5.25" headlight housings for speakers an mounting them on the crash bars.

i just don't want speakers on my bars. plus i never ride with a windshield. tried it years ago and hated it
