Default Passenger footboards for '07 Fatboy

Hello there, anyone tell me if there has been a solution to mounting passenger footboards on my '07 Fatty.

I understand that there is a problem with exhaust pipe clearances with the right footboard when it is folded in the upright position. I have contemplated taking the indidvidual footpeg bracket to a machine shop and having a longer one made.

Down here in Australia we have been waiting on the new part releases but at this stage there doesn't seem to be a solution.

I'm getting SE slip on's fitted at the first service but this doesn't help either.

Thanks.

This has been discussed before. I can tell you there is no solution, I looked into it as well.

Makingthe bracketlonger and with the footboard installedwill hit the back of your leg while backing up the bike.
