15k...LOL. good luck with that. Last one I saw in my area was mint and the guy couldn't barely give it away.
I'm only going off what I paid for my 09 FXSTC with 23,000 miles and being mint. $7000 bucks, the NT brings a bit more, then add those mods in and the 120R and I'd say a fair price would be in the range of $12,000-$15,000. Of course if the person is looking to sell quick and has no buyers or offers, then the bargaining chip falls in your lap, and you can have one hell of fast softail cheap.
As I tell everybody, your bike is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

Ok, since we are halfway through summer in certain parts of the US this bike with that amount of miles is worth anywhere from 10-12k. There are so many used Harleys out there it is quite the buyers market in the 10k below price range. I bought 2 this summer, an 08 Rocker C blue with 8k miles for $8,000, and an 05 Deluxe with 11k miles for $7,200. No way that things sells for over $12,000 in my opinion...........
