Mine's pretty simple. I had it done along with the seats to match

I'd imagine you get a local upholsterer to make something up that goes with your existing stuff.

Mine was made by a inmate at one of our local prisons. The previous owner was a guard there, and it was made for him. Some of those guys are very talented individuals.
