Bike won't enter "Diag" mode

Bike won't enter "Diag" mode
my 05 FI fat boy will not enter the "Diag" mode to retrieve codes at all!! I have watched all the videos and followed push,turn,push sequences and Nothing!!! I have also searched this problem and can't find anything either. Any information will be appreciated.

If you are following the steps and it's not working, my only guess would be the reset button is not working. Have you checked to see if pushing the button will reset the trip odometer?
