Well I received my FP3 today and installed it and was riding again in 20 minutes. I have a 103 that has HD street cannons on it with a HD dealer Stage 1 upgrade and download. After the Stage 1 was done I was still getting deceleration popping. I installed the FP3 and remapped the bike using the setup that V&H recommended. I was told to use the download for V&H 3" slip-on's with the standard baffle. After the download I took a ride and lo & behold all the decal popping is gone and the bike runs so much better! A great investment. Received my FP-3 in three days from BikeParts4Less. They had the best price of $329.99 plus free shipping. Today I am a happy rider with no more decal popping in my ears. Just the pure Harley sound of my 103! It also sounds much better also!
I had the same luck with mine. I had horrible deceleration pop until the FP3. Do you leave it hooked up to the canbus under the seat? I have mine wedged next to the battery.
