Problem after installing SunPie
I install SunPie LED lamp package last week in my 2016 Heritage. Went for a ride today after about an hour ride the High Beam Indicator came on then the red security lamp. Pulled over to check headlamp. Bulb was on. Turn the key off and back on and both indicator Lights turn off. A couple of minutes later both lamps came back on. Came home and checked for codes no stored codes. I Pulled the head lamp off again to check for pinched wires. Help Please.
Put the OEM headlight back in and see if the problem is still there.
If the problem is still there then it's obviously unrelated to the Sunpie.
If the problem goes away, then put the Sunpie back in and see if the problem comes back.
If the problem comes back then it's the Sunpie light and you need to send it back for a replacement.

Did you receive the extra two little pigtail adapter wire connectors with your new headlight? I received two adapters with my new headlight that I ordered from Amazon. The first one had a plug that I guess plugs into the new type Harley stock wiring connector. The second adapter I received had both a male and a female three pronged ends that were the same as what my stock headlight had. (I thought WTF is this for)
I went ahead and installed my new headlight without any adapters. Rode the bike that night, adjust the beam height etc. everything worked fine.
A day or two later when I wasn't doing anything (that's what's great about being retired) I started some searches online about LED headlight adapters and found out that the second adapter (I think it was called a H4 adapter) is for eliminating computer error codes and flicker of the new LED headlights.
The next day and went back and added that second adapter into my headlights wiring, tested the next night, seemed to work the same on my bike. No codes or problems either way.

Jamesroadkill, Thanks for your help. That harness is called an anti-flicker module. I did not receive that adapter. That will correct the red lamp from coming on. I did contact amazon and they are sending me one for free.
