Default 1993 Heritage Classic

I have been looking for an Evo Softail for a while, and found one that has been 'dry stored' for 25 years and only has ~980 miles from new.

It was supposedly 're-commissioned' two years ago and underwent an MOT (vehicle safety test in the UK) and passed with the only advisories being the tyres were original and probably should be changed soon and the same on the brake hoses. The seller mentioned something about some engine internal plastic components that he was told should be changed as well.

Now the questions;

What should I be looking at on something with so few miles? I know the standard Evo issues, like base gaskets and case cracks in the lifter block area, but is there anything else for that year etc.?

Also, what plastic components could he have been told about? The only things I know that are plastic/nylon are, the primary chain guide and the breather valve. Is there anything else?

Thanks in advance
