Hello , I had to take the chrome cover off of my 95 Soft tail because whoever put it on did not use washer's and the bolts wore through and it was sticking out so far it was within a piece of paper thickness from rubbing the frame , could have been a bad deal had I not noticed it , my question is , when I put the wheel back on I notice the pulley isn't traveling right , it is moving up and down a little , all new correct size bolt's , washer's and nylock nut's all look's lined up and flush . it is not wobbling side to side , is this common ? I'm thinking it isn't any input appreciated
