Look on the bright side. Led front lighting ,new suspension front and rear,32 lbs lighter,more power. The bags are water resistant and locking.

I have absolutely no reservation about dumping another $3k into my bike this year now.

Also going to be hard not to giggle at new forum members who buy these things.

I'm really glad I bought my 2017. Even with the new engine, I'll take mine over the 2018 any day.

I agree, the engineering is much improved. I love the new rear shock with the easy to adjust preload.
My beef is with the styling.

Can agree on that.

But this... this... is like sticking Toyota Yaris body on a F-150.

Those bags. I will be looking into if the bags retain the same docking. If so, they 're going on my fatboy.

Hideous. The whole line. Every one of them is a mish-mash of parts that look right, and parts that don't.

I think if you took the Deluxe, and replaced those horrid turn signals front and rear with bullets, you'd have something halfway decent.
