Be sure to post pics once you've installed them. I'm considering the same bars for my Fat Boy, however, I'm 5' 10" and not 6' 2".

Vertigo - What air cleaner do you have on your bike? Can you use it on a stock setup (stock pipes)? Thanks.

Air cleaner or Cover?

The Air Cleaner Filter is a K&N HD-0800 a direct replacement for the Screaming Eagle Stage 1 blue or black banded filter. No you will need the SE Backplate and the other stuff that comes with it, to use the K&N one I am useing. If you go this route, buy the Chrome Backplate one not the cast ... anyone want a cast SE backplate? ...

And I dont believe you should use it with a stock exit flow..... I think it will work with SE slip ons and a canned download(pretty cheap).. or you can go with a race tuner like the SERT or others.
