I see the black slip on are out, it says they are louder, is this true? Anyone actually try these things? Any word from other 3rd party makers on new exhaust systems?
So the SE mufflers sound exactly the same. The black looks sweet, but I was sorely disappointed in the tone, especially for the price tag. I've heard clips of the S&S slip ons and try could be promising. Waiting for Rinehart to drop a clip. I think if you want noise on this beast you're gonna have to go with a full system.

I test rode a bike with the SE street Cannons. Wasn't particularly impressed.
They do sound vaguely good when you got on it, but idle and low speed tone was poor - and very little different from the stock pipes I have now.
Not good enough for the money. I'm waiting for something else.
I am trying to restrain myself from buying an RB Racing Pro Stock Challenge system right now....

Since I already purchased the SEs , I am gonna run them for a while. Once the warranty runs out I think I'll go for something more aggressive. Along with the cam and tuner.
As my aviator says :-)
The sooner it's ordered, the sooner you'll enjoy it.....
That is the only negative factor, build to order, worth the wait however...
Yea, hopefully the sound is better in person. I found the Rinehart Fat Bob slip ons teaser video was not much better (can't recall where I saw it though... wish I bookmarked it).
So far I like the look of the Rinehart's the best, but they are all pretty similar.
This is Casey from TAB Performance just wanting to share with you all a sound clip of our newest exhaust for the 2018 Fat Bob. Couple of notes, this bike was a simple fit test, the bike was not properly tuned. They are available for preorder with production set to ship mid January 2018.
As more people are buying new Fat Bobs, I was wondering what is the most common full system that people are getting?
I am particularly interested in your opinions on:
1. RB Racing LSR 2 in 1 Exhaust system (had it on my Street Bob for almost 10 years, great sound and good power) - Has anyone actually installed this on their Fat Bob?
