Sorry to see what happen to your ride I would not be able to take that i would have went crazy and beat the s--- out of this ***----. and if he was to big for me i would have had to pull my piece . I know for sure some one would have had to bail me out. good luck with the repairs

Yeah I was headed up there a few years ago when a guy turned out of a driveway right in front of a buddy driving in front of me and he had to go off road into a pole to keep from hitting him. When the cop got there he was a local who knew everyone and cited my buddy for an illegal pass. It was unbelievable bs. The driver was totally wasted and had a car full of witnesses against us two "out of towners".

And whats bad it was on public property and who knows who this kid is kin to in the area to have to hire lawer to fight a poor child having seizure they are going to make the harley rider the bad guy, been there, done it, got the T-shirt, and out a lot of hard earned money, but sorry for being negative but the lawer fees alone would buy a new bike, and your insurance will be affected no matter whos fault it was. Thanks for all your kind words!! Fortunately, the great company I work for, has a legal plan that I put a few bucks into every month. It basically provides me a lawyer on retainer in case I ever need one. Have been putting bucks into it every month for the past 5 years and never used the service. Looks like I might have a great opportunity now to have them start writing some letters... When I talked to the claims agent at my insurance company yesterday, and started getting a bit of flack about what they would pay me if the bike was totalled, it was very comforting to tell her that I had a lawyer on retainer.... Her tone changed just a little bit! Will let everybody know how everything comes out.

WELL GOD HAS BLESSED YOU MORE!!! I'M glad to here that because you are going to have to buy new bike and lets hope a motorcycle salvage company or someone who wants to build a chopper will give some cash to!! And then the 08's should be out and there you are!! Did they find out what this CHUCKLE HEAD had snorted? Drain Cleaner?? PURPLE HAZE.
