LOL! I was given that name by an old hobbyist friend of mine almost 20 years ago. I build plastic scale models for a hobby and have been since 1965. If you are interested you may check out my builds here.....

The SE mufflers are not loud and do have cats in them. But surprisingly they do pretty well from a performance stand point. Up to about 4000 rpms they made more power than the others in a muffler shootout I saw. Above 4000 a couple of others made slightly more.

My biggest objection to the Heritage mufflers is the staging of them. One outlets just past your right ankle. That sound goes up into your ears. I like my mufflers behind me.
I guess I am just being stubborn about the mufflers. I never liked the look of the stocks and have always thought a better shell could have been made.
If the cats are in the mufflers can I not change out the head pipes without being hassled?
The supertrapp 2:1 system I had on my last bike was quiet enough that my next door neighbor never knew when I rode. I know I am headed that way again.

Here is what I found on the Vance and Hines website, I have emailed them asking for more information in regards to performance gain and any other epa info they can provide. I just bought a18 roadglide, exhaust needs to be changed as want a little more traditional sounding.

The site only shows it going up to 2016. What happens to the newer models? And it only shows power duals CTR for head pipes.

Thanks for the info though.

Here is the response from Vance and Hines---this package has not been completed for 2017+ models yet and is still in development.

Are there CATS in the Vance and Hines CTR Head Pipes? The picture at the web site seems to suggest there are CATS in the pipes one or two inches from the exhaust outlet on the heads.
