Bluzman, yup that's it man. Ok, so all this info helps. It seems its one of three thing or all three? Starter, compensator or fuel pressure issue. I hope to get to HD for a pressure test this week. I will post up when I solve the problem. Thank you all for the advice!

Have you tried the starting technique I mentioned? Hitting the start switch as soon as the pump pressures up and not waiting for the dash lights to go out?
Just thought I would pull the plugs for kicks and giggles. What do you think? Looks like the tip is bent on it? This is the rear cylinder. front looks similar , not as bad All picts are of the rear, just different angles.
If I'm seeing what I think I'm seeing, that electrode is burned all to hell. They're done. It also appears the bike is running lean. How's the bike start since you replaced the plugs?

yeah...that's what I thought. The electrode looks bent. I think there's 5k on them. I just pulled them tonight. Have not replaced them yet. I'm am curious to see if that could have been the cause. Any clue what could cause that electrode to warp like that in 5k mikes?
I'm running bassini true duels and KN filter on the stock ECM. (that's how I bought the bike) should the ECM have been upgraded when the pipes and filter were installed?
Can I manually richen it up anyway?
I'm going to put new plugs and wire in tomorrow. I'll post up wit the results
Starting issue update: Finally had the opportunity to take the bike to the indy today.
he listened to it, and thought it might be the compensator/starter as well. He did find a bolt had come lose from the starter and was laying underneath! I should have a diagnosis shortly, will post up with the info.
