Finally saw the front view of that little fairing (excuse me -
deflector)
What IS the point of that ?!! 1/3 scale Memphis Shades!!!
Did they lose the mold for the T-Sport fairing?
Or something close?

They actually did wind tunnel testing to determine the size and shape. The goal was to eliminate the big blast of wind to the chest which causes fatigue but leave the head and rest of the body exposed like you are riding a bike without a windshield or fairing. I forgot where I read that. It sucks getting old.
It is a quick detach, which is pretty handy. Same thing with the bags.
I wonder if its enough air over the head/helmet so the air is smooth or does it cause buffeting (is that how you spell it? Looks more like someone who likes to go to buffets and eat).
I had a buffeting problem with the HD OEM screen on my FLSS even when the height was correct. I had to add the "fangs" (wind deflectors) to greatly reduce it. I heard its because I wear a helmet... And if I rode without one there would be no buffeting...
