They have modified the pipe so you don't need to use there shift linkage. At least that is what I found out when ordering mine just last week. They have updated there choice list. See below.

I called Samson to verify. I will be able to use my customized shift linkage. I will give update during installation.

Thanks Bone Doc, I didn't know I needed to adjust the linkage, but that's cool of Samson to provide the part. And looking at your pic, it's pretty clear that some adjustment is needed.
I did install some Thunder Torque Inserts to maintain my low and mid range Torque.

They offered to send me the modified linkage but I like my chain style linkage and modified it with no issues. Only complaint I have about true duals is the left pipe hits the back of my leg when I put my feet down. I am not short. 5'10". Will see how that works when I can actually take her out. Gotta wait for winter to pass. Would like feedback from others on the leg clearance. I imagine if your over 6 foot tall it wouldn't be an issue.

I'm 5' 11" and do have to be aware of that left header. Just put my foot out a bit wider than normal and I clear it fine. Seat is low, so it is no issue. It became second nature very quickly.
