Not to hijack OPs thread, but I am going the opposite direction and am installing some Breakout Turbine wheels on a 2001 Fatboy. Already have 3/4 axle reducers, but did not know bearings were different width. Anything else need to be done to make this wheel fit? I already have a 240mm swingarm set up. I know spacers may need to be cut to align everything, and will deal with that when mocking everything up.

sounds like you got got the basics phat...do you have a fender or just the swing arm? Is the belt going to clear with out going to a thinner belt or offsetting the trans?

you can mock it up using stacked washers as spacers then measure them when you get the right width.
