Another new Heritage M8

Made every effort to resist buying the new M8. Refused multiple offers to demo the motor, did not like the lack of chrome on the new heritage but finally relinquished after they offered $17 k for my trade in and I saw the heritage in black. First ride was not impressive but it is growing on me. This bike has a lot of potential, though like others I'll probably leave the motor stock until the warranty runs out to be safe.

Great bike, looks good in black. I find my Heritage 107 has a good bit more power than my '16 103 did. Love the tranny and ride. Keep us posted with mods ya make to her. Ride On !

Congrats. Similar experience here. Took me three rides to figure out I liked it. 5,500 miles later it's only gotten better and better. It really breaks in well, especially after the first 1,000 miles. Enjoy!

Congrats. There's a lot of talk about the new motor, but I love the huge improvements to the chassis and suspension just as much.

Congrats! I'm finding it tough to renew the interest in my other rides since the new Heritage took up residence in the garage. I think about taking the others out each time, but the Heritage is just too sweet. Not just because it's new, for me it's not only safer, because it handles that much better, but it's the power characteristics of the m8 in the new frame that keeps me comming back for more. Would I be happy with my old bikes if they never made the new Heritage ?..Definately. Am I absolutely stoked with what they have done? Oh hell yea! Let us know how you find it after a few more rides. Congrats again. Nothing like the clean slate of a new black Heritage
