Battery?
Here in Perth Western Australia , you are as well staying with the "genuine HD" version
Ok , we know they're made by DEKA for HD anyways , but more often than not the "genuine" from the HD dealer is CHEAPER than any aftermarket alternative.
With a tender you should get 6 years from a new battery. Remembering here in Australia since 2007 ALL bikes come with OEM HD security/alarm ie it is NOT an option here. That in itself is "harder" on batteries so the dealers fit all the new bikes with a wiring harness for a tender and the bikes all go out the door with one

Last I checked, Deka makes HD's batteries...
You could get the HD battery for $130, or get essentially the Deka equivalent for ~ $90 online.

HD over priced in my opinion. I have a YUASA on my sporty, at least 5 years now, with no issues! ( on tender year round) I have a HD that came withe the bike on my Heritage. No issues so far, been almost a year.
so i could literally go to auto zone, tell them my year and model bike and they would pull out which one i need?
