I have been trying different settings. I weigh) mid-180's
The shocks were at the softest setting for a long time . . .
I was thinking I was getting a softer ride that way (WRONG!!!!!)
So, I tried one full turn and the ride actually improved.
So after reading the MANY posts on here (GREAT ADVICE) I am now
at two full turns out . It is set in a way where when I'm sitting on the bike
the vertical part of the swingarm is even with that section of the frame.
It did not stiffen the ride at all. It did raise the seat height (slightly). I now
have more susp travel. No more bottoming out feeling. I wish I'd have done this . . . like . . . 15 years ago.
I've wondered about this on my Rocker. It feels too stiff to me and considering the previous owner was a big man and had his wife on the bike that perhaps it was adjusted for two people with combined body weight. I've been kinda afraid of adjusting it.
Yes Sarah, I would suggest going all the way to the softest setting then set the sag for your weight plus what you usually carry on board, Ride safe. Nice Rocker C.

I would be more than happy to help you adjust your rear end.
